As part of its digital growth strategy, Calcot Park Golf Club partnered with Expand Media to strengthen its online presence, increase engagement, and support key revenue-driving areas across Facebook and Instagram.

We were tasked with delivering an integrated content strategy that:

• Re-aligned Calcot Park’s social presence to stand out in a competitive regional golf market.
• Positioned the club as a welcoming destination for members, visitors, and societies through consistent, high-quality storytelling.
• Grew an active online community by showcasing club life, course updates, and events to drive enquiries and bookings.

• Promoted lesson availability with the club’s PGA professional to increase lesson bookings and coaching engagement.


Our role was to build a content-driven campaign combining organic social posting, community engagement, and focused growth tactics - delivering 12 posts per month to expand visibility, increase member interest, and support society day and visitor bookings.

We focused on driving membership enquiries, promoting society and group bookings, highlighting the club’s vibrant community, and showcasing private event opportunities within the clubhouse, while directing audiences to enquire directly through Calcot Park’s digital channels - all then easily managed within SyncSuite.
